The actual address is 95 Atkins Bay Drive, Phippsburg, ME 04562. If you have a navigation system that should probably be all you need but here are the highlights.

95 North to Portland (expect ~$4 in NH & ME tolls, EZpass/Fastlane work if you have those and NH has two new high-speed lanes that work with the passes)

take Exit 44, Portland onto 295 North

take Exit 28: Route 1 Bath, Brunswick
(Note: Route 1 takes a hard left turn at a light after a mile or so! )

Follow Rt 1 to the 2nd Bath Exit: High Street / 209 Phippsburg

Follow  209 South for 6.8 Miles (look for a small sign 1774 Inn & Parker Head Road)

Left onto Parker Head Road, right across from Irving Gas Station

Continue about 4 miles on Parker Head Road

Take a Left onto Cox Head Road (it’s a dirt road marked with a Jersey Barrier’s with paintings on them. You will also see a bank of mailboxes)

2nd Right onto Atkins Bay Drive (it’s a bit hidden)

Continue up Atkins Bay Drive, a small dirt road.

At a 3-way fork continue straight up a VERY steep hill.

There is a circular drive at the top of the Hill at our house.
